Profile

Kim Robertson practices family law with an emphasis on equitable distribution and support matters. Kim brings a strong background in accounting to her practice and frequently handles cases involving the valuation and distribution of business entities. She often advises and represents clients throughout the mediation and arbitration processes and is well respected for her ability to draft complex settlement documents. Additionally, Kim’s practice includes negotiating and drafting parenting agreements dealing with child custody and visitation issues. She also volunteers with the Charlotte – Mecklenburg School System assisting schools in establishing partnerships with other schools.
