Profile

Emily Tseng focuses her practice in immigration and nationality law. She regularly appears before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration Court) and the Department of Homeland Security United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. She represents clients in family based petitions, employment based petitions, asylum petitions, applications for naturalization (citizenship), and removal (deportation) defense. She also assists clients with applications for many other visa categories.

Emily stands with her clients through every step of the immigration process to ensure that they understand all the aspects of an often complex and confusing process. Having spent half her childhood overseas in Taiwan, Emily is well equipped to handle clients from a wide spectrum of cultures and nationalities. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
