Adam Hocutt is a trial attorney who concentrates his practice on general civil litigation and personal injury matters. He also maintains primary responsibility for the firm's Appellate Practice.
Adam is a Charlotte native and graduate of Independence High School. While in law school, Adam served as Editor-in-Chief of the Wake Forest Law Review. Adam also participated in numerous Moot Court activities for which he received the Moot Court Board Award. During his service as a Moot Court member, Adam won the Stanley Moot Court Competition, received the Berkowitz Best Oral Advocate Award, finished as a finalist in the Walker Moot Court Competition, and represented Wake Forest in the National Sports Law Competition.
After graduating from law school, Adam served as a law clerk to Senior Associate Justice Mark D. Martin of the Supreme Court of North Carolina.
