Adam Hocutt is a trial attorney who concentrates his practice on general civil litigation and personal injury matters. He also maintains primary responsibility for the firm's Appellate Practice.
Adam is a Charlotte native and graduate of Independence High School. After high school, he attended Wake Forest University for both his undergraduate and law school studies. While in law school, Adam served as Editor-in-Chief of the Wake Forest Law Review. Adam also participated in numerous Moot Court activities for which he received the Moot Court Board Award. During his service as a Moot Court member, Adam won the Stanley Moot Court Competition, received the Berkowitz Best Oral Advocate Award, finished as a finalist in the Walker Moot Court Competition, and represented Wake Forest in the National Sports Law Competition.
After graduating from law school, Adam served as a law clerk to Senior Associate Justice Mark D. Martin of the Supreme Court of North Carolina.
